Q:  What types of questions can you answer?

A:  I can answer questions regarding questions of Florida law or Federal law and Constitutional issues.  I will not be able to answer any questions which concern the laws of other states.  If you are uncertain whether we can answer your question, submit it to us and we will let you know.

Q:  Is the information I submit confidential?

A:  I will only disclose your information to other attorneys at other law offices, if required.  Otherwise I will not disclose your information or email address to any third parties.  However, as there is no attorney-client relationship formed by submitting your question, your correspondence is not protected by attorney-client privilege.

Q:  Why do you do this?

A:  I went to law school to help people with their problems.  This is a way to do that.

Q:  How long will it take to have my question answered?

A:  Due to time constraints, I cannot guarantee how quickly I can get to your question.  I attempt to review questions every evening.  If your issue does not seem to be one I can assist you with, I will attempt to find an attorney who can assist you, or notify you that I cannot help.
